Both vendors are conveniently located in the vendor area between the main entrance and bus drop-off by Skyzone and adjacent to the handicapped entrance. All City buses are handicapped accessible.
Only recognized single-occupant, handicapped-access scooters for one person are permitted, defined as an FDA-recognized Class II Medical Device designed to aid individuals with mobility impairments. Multi-person scooters and personal golf carts are not permitted inside the event.
Golf carts are permitted solely for the use of EMT, police, security, and event staff.
Run to the Sun Car and Truck Show will endeavor to make all reasonable accommodations so that this event may be accessible to persons with disabilities. Please be aware that the event site is 56 acres and requires a significant amount of walking to see everything. There are over 3,200 vehicles and 10,000+ people to navigate around, as well as many inherent trip hazards that we make our best efforts to eliminate or mark for your safety. Packets for registered participants will be mailed Mid-February. Register today because space is limited, and no on-site registrations are expected to be available. Registration is limited to 3 vehicles per household and are non-transferrable. Window card must match ID to enter.
