FCC Member Kelly Townsend is selling her 2000 Corvette Z51 with 22K miles for sale at Dwight
Phillips. This car belonged to me (Kelly Townsend) and I’d love to see
it get a good home. I traded it for a 3LT C6. I spent a considerable
amount of $ on it, while in my possession. VIN: 1G1YY22G9Y5103782
I changed\flushed all fluids, installed new Goodyear Assurance tires, a
cat back Corsa Sport exhaust system, (it had a horrible droning Borla
exhaust when I obtained it) Custom Torch Red fuel rail covers, Optima
Redtop Battery with Battery Tender pre-wiring. I installed new LED
lights for headlights, fog lights, signals, and daytime running lights.
(You’ll never drive a C5 you can see at night as well as this one!) Also
installed a Blackwing cold air intake. I sent the GM\Pioneer 12 disc cd
changer out for rebuild at Dr. Don’s Radio Service in Texas. It plays
perfectly when mounted horizontally. Also installed a Dino’s Corvette
Salvage rebuilt am\fm stereo cassette head unit. With a cassette
adapter, it can play Sirius XM or a USB thumb drive of music…which is
what I used it for. It is Artic White with Torch Red interior.
